BY VISITING, USING AND/OR REGISTERING WITH BMOREPROMO ("SITE"), YOU (REFERRED TO HEREAFTER AS "YOU", "YOUR" OR "USER") AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS & CONDITIONS" or “TERMS”). PLEASE READ AND CAREFULLY REVIEW THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, AS THEY CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND RCMPCO INC (TOGETHER WITH ITS AFFILIATES HEREAFTER ALSO REFERRED TO BY THE BRAND NAME OF THIS SITE, “BMOREPROMO” AS WELL AS "WE", "US", OR "OUR") AND GOVERN ANY AND ALL USE OF THE SITE BY ANY AND ALL USERS OF THE SITE AND ANY SERVICES OFFERED THEREFROM. 

We reserve the right to update and revise this Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers' feedback. When we do make changes to this Policy we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Policy. Please make sure that you review it frequently as any time you place an order with Shop MBIA powered by BmorePromo the current Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy will apply.

We assure you that our printed products will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. You may chat with a representative to help address any general issues you may have with your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

If your order is damaged or defective please contact us within two (2) business days of receiving your order.  Click Help In Bottom Right Corner With Details. Please send pictures of your damaged or defective product along with what is wrong and we will process your request. 

We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise prior to either of the above resolutions being agreed to.

When applicable, a refund will be issued within 10 business days of our receipt of the original product order.
